Reliability Data is created to provide the reliability engineer with Median Time To Failure (MTTF) and FIT estimates. Reliability Data is based off of the results of acceleration life testing and is performed to help give reliability predictions and life estimates for any specific component series. Please complete the form to your right and we will respond as soon as possible.

Reliability Data Available for Inductors:

General Purpose Multilayer
(MLF Series)

Multilayer Inductors contain a Ferrite monolithic internal structure for high reliability and high heat resistance, which is good for noise suppression, Resonance, PLL and low frequency filter circuits.

RF Wirewound (MRFI Series)

Wirewound Inductors offer good current carrying capability and high SRFS. Semi-molded package comes in both a Ceramic core and a Ferrite core for high values.

Low Value Multilayer
(LMCI Series)

The Low Value Multilayer Inductors have good current carrying capabilities with their small size and are excellent for high frequency filtering circuits or impedance matching.

Molded Wirewound (NL Series)

Wire Wound Inductors utilize a Ferrite core to achieve higher inductance values. Terminals are resistance to pull forces and sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
