As part of our Value Added Services, Venkel offers five basic Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs. Each of these programs can be customized to fit your company’s specific needs to ensure the most efficient use of your time and efforts. All of our inventory programs are based upon our D.A.R.T. methodology and support a JIT inventory management scheme.
