New Product Introduction (NPI) plays a critical role in the success or failure of today's businesses. We offer:

• Small Quantity Support – Broken reels or cut strips instead of purchasing an entire reel.
• Broken reels come with leader tape attached for use in your automated machines.
• BOM Analysis – Your dedicated Account Manager will review your bill of materials for accuracy and part number validation. They will scrutinize your bill of materials for EOL or obsolete parts and work with you to find a replacement for your passive components.
• Engineering Support – We support your NPI and engineering efforts. We are here to make sure you have the right parts when you need them.
• Engineering Kits - Available for most of our product lines. Our kits come with bulk samples of all of the standard values for that product line. Better yet, they are refillable at no cost to you!
• Engineering Staff - Our engineering staff is available to answer any questions you might have. Whether it is a design issue or just a simple question, they are always ready to help.
