D.A.R.T – Demand, Analysis, React & Trigger

Your demand drives our Supply Chain Management programs. Your rolling forecast, MRP Share or other method of forecast is sent to Venkel on a recurring basis. This data is used to update and drive your secured inventory stocking levels. As your demand changes so does your stocking level.

Your forecast is received and analyzed by our Value Added Services department. Our team will also review your forecast, Bill Of Materials (BOM) or MRP for discrepancies and take necessary steps to resolve those issues immediately.

Our system will make changes in your secured inventory stocking levels or schedule additional production to meet your increase in anticipated demand. For standard stocking items there is no liability for the reductions in your forecast. For NCNR and Non-Standard stocking items some liability restrictions may apply and will be communicated to customer.

The inventory held for you can be shipped to meet your requirements in whichever way suits your company’s requirements best. You may place your purchase orders manually against the inventory held for you or we can automatically ship your product based upon your MRP or forecasted requirements. You also send your request for shipment ia EDI, fax, email or a phone call to our Value Added Services Department. We are flexible to meet our individual customer needs.
